The IPCC 6th Assessment Report (AR6) is the most important assessment of humanity’s future on Earth to date. CCAG commends the IPCC and all the scientists involved for their clear and unflinching assessment of the catastrophe we face without immediate action. Never have we had so much scientific evidence to demonstrate that we are in the midst of a global climate emergency. This report is unequivocal: anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions have already set in motion irreversible changes for centuries to come.
